the location was marvellous: souvenir shops and small supermarkets were within walking distance.

The restaurant at the Condo had wonderful staff. the independent pool bar and restaurant had a great team. the business location of this brand-new hotel was efficient. the hotel was situated in a very nice area.

The towel service. Wish it could of been more like a hotel with daily service included in price. The bathroom mirrors needed changing, large circles blocking the mirror's view.

The staff at this place, including an American team member, are top-notch and provide excellent service.

Cozy room that just got a makeover! the bed is super comfy and the Wi-Fi is solid. Plus, the bathroom is huge and has everything you need 🛁.

Easy check in and late check out. Not to mention free parking on site.

All the hotel guests were friendly. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. Ideal for a family vacation as well as romance. We plan to stay there again.

Most of the staff were not friendly, especially the front desk staff. The absence of daily maid service, but we made do. The pool was being renovated during our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. the canal view was a nice bonus. the location was the best, not too far away from St Paul's Church.

Only think negative is not about the hotel but the weekday traffic towards Philippsburg in front of hotel. Most of the time it took us about 1 hr to travel a distance of only 2 miles.

Excellent room with great faciities. Stayed for just two nights but wish I had been able to stay longer. I had one of the ocean view rooms, which had some great views. The kitchen facilities were excellent and there were plenty of local supermarkets near by and so it was easy to buy in breakfast and lunch. Would be more than happy to stay at this hotel again in the future. I enjoyed the island of St Maarten and this hotel is on the Dutch side, with lots of local bars and restaurants close by.
